Structuring of trade finance operations (financing of import and export of commodities), for national and foreign financial institutions, funds, trading companies, insurance companies and credit-taking companies, in accordance with the Brazilian Customs Regime and the exchange control procedures of the Central Bank of Brazil, through the negotiation of

Export Prepayment Contracts;

Export Credit Notes – CCE,

Export Credit Notes – NCE;

Rural Product Notes – CPRs;

Agricultural Certificates of Deposit – CDAs and Agricultural Warrants – WAs,

Agribusiness Letters of Credit – LCA;

Agribusiness Receivables Certificates – CRA;

Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificates – CDC;

Logistics and transportation contracts for export;

Deposit and monitoring agreements; and

Contracts for the constitution of escrow accounts.

Negotiation of guarantee instruments: fiduciary alienations and assignments, pledges, mortgages, sureties, and bank escrows;

Monitoring the registration and formalization of financial instruments, guarantees, as well as other formalities required, for their validity, by the regulatory authorities (including before the Central Bank of Brazil; through the foreign capital registration – RDE-ROF).
